Many families apply to Carson Long Military Academy (CLMA) each year, intrigued by the notion of a place where boys are safe and supervised, classrooms are ordered and engaging and teachers are caring and available. The CLMA experience is rich in relevance and tradition, and our commitment is to make inclusion affordable to as many as possible.
We offer an assortment of payment plan options, need based grants, merit scholarships, and long-term financing packages. If your son is admitted, we will do everything in our power to make enrollment possible.
Educational Loans
Carson Long Military Academy is now offering an educational loan opportunity through Springstone Financial LLC called Your Tuition Solution.

Reductions through Need Based Grants/Scholarships
A cadet may be considered for one of the many need based grants/scholarships CLMA offers. These awards function as tuition reductions and can be sizable. Designed to offer families financial assistance, our need based grants/scholarships are available to both new and returning cadets. Pennsylvania residents are eligible to apply for an EITC (Educational Improvement Tax Credit) Scholarship.
Reductions through Merit Scholarships
After successfully completing his first year, a cadet may be considered for one of the many merit-awards Carson Long offers. These awards function as tuition reductions for subsequent years of enrollment, and can be sizable. Designed to offer boys the opportunity to earn rewards for positive achievement in a variety of endeavors,our merit-award program is a widely valued offering, helping many cadets each year.
FACTS Management Company
CLMA utilizes the services of FACTS Management Company in order to receive tuition and fee payments and to collect financial aid applications. FACTS Management Company is the largest financial services provider in the industry, with over 20 years of experience, and serves schools in all 50 states. Ultimately, Carson Long and not FACTS Management Company decides the amount of any financial aid offered.
Flexibility Through Payment Plan Options
Carson Long offers families a flexible array of payment terms. Whether your son will be in the 6th grade or a senior, we are ready to talk to you about these common-sense options, designed to enable his enrollment. A discount of $700 will be credited to accounts paid in full prior to August 1, 2010.
FACTS
We are pleased to offer the FACTS tuition payment option again this year. This is a service which allows parents to have tuition payments directly debited from a bank account according to a prearranged schedule. There are no checks to write! We have included information regarding the plan. Click for here for more information.
We encourage parents to consider this option. Those parents who used the program in the past have been very pleased with the service.
If you used FACTS last year you will be automatically re-enrolled by 8/15/10, unless we hear from you.
FACTS (choice of payment date 5th or 20th of the month)
2 pay Due: October and January
3 Pay Due: October, January, March
6 Pay Due: Monthly October-March
FACTS payment amounts are based on a minimum initial payment of $3000 (including room deposit) on or before September 9, 2010. Your payment amount will decrease if you opt to make a larger payment in September. Direct Pay
As in the past,you may make you tuition payments to the school directly. Accepted payment methods are check/money order, Visa or MasterCard, cash (delivered in person) or wire transfer. Wire transfer instructions are available upon request. If you choose to make your payments via credit card, a 2% convenience fee will be added to your payment. How do I apply for Tuition Assistance?
The application process is trouble free. Click here to Apply for Financial Aid, and you will be directed to the application form.Once completed, be sure to fax your most recent tax forms to FACTS Management Company in order to complete the process. Once your information has been received by FACTS, the CLMA can process the application and determine how best to help.
