POLICIES
• OVERNIGHTS — Cadets are permitted to go on pass out of town overnight with their parents only. However, if a cadet’s parents are not able to be here for the weekend, he may go on an overnight pass with the parents of another cadet provided that his own parents send written permission to the office, and provided that he gets his pass signed by the OFFICE.
• AUTHORIZATION — If you have already given your son written authority on the Registration Information form at the beginning of the year to go on pass with specific individuals, then you do not need to duplicate this authorization.
• PARENTS — We ask that Parents accompany their sons when the passes are being signed by the Faculty Officers.
• THREE COPIES — Passes must be signed in 3 copies by the Faculty Building Officer after parade. [1 for cadet, 1 for Building Officers, 1 for office]
• DESTINATION — It is NOT intended for cadets to go home for the weekend--only to spend the night with their parents in HARRISBURG-CARLISLE vicinity. Therefore, please do not ask for special permission to leave the campus early or to return late. We want to be fair to all Cadets.
• UNIFORM — Cadets are required to wear the complete dress Uniform to and from your motel. Once cadets reach your motel, they may change into civilian clothes if you permit them to. However, if they wear any part of the Uniform they must wear the complete Dress Uniform. The Cadet Red & Blue Jacket is the only part of the cadet uniform that may be worn with civilian clothes.
