Greetings!
Thank you for your interest in Carson Long.
If you would like to apply to Carson Long we will need the following:
1) Two letters of reference
2) A completed application
3) A $65.00 non-refundable application fee
4) A signed release for transcripts form
5) Transcripts (including: grade reports, health records, standard test results [if applicable]
discipline records, & any supporting documentation (such as an IEP or 504 plan))
6) An interview with the prospective cadet and at least one parent
7) Character questionnaire
8) Student questionnaire
